Novoselivka Biomethane Plant (NBP)

The Novoselivka Biomethane Plant (NBP) is a strategic ReAgro renewable energy project developed in partnership with Globino Agricultural Group.
The plant will specialize in converting livestock and crop residues into biomethane - a clean fuel that strengthens Ukraine’s energy independence and reduces the carbon burden on the agricultural sector.

Key Project Characteristics

NBP will become one of the largest biomethane facilities in Ukraine - with full feedstock integration, a flexible technological model, and maximum efficiency in transportation and grid connection.

Efficient feedstock supply model. Logistics

The project is located just 300 meters from one of Europe’s largest pig farms, which generates around 300,000 tonnes of organic waste annually. This enables us to:

Reduce CO₂ emissions at the logistics stage

In addition to manure and slurry, the plant will accept corn silage from partner farms as an additional feedstock for stable biogas generation.

Technological Flexibility and High Profitability

The plant concept provides for flexible use of biogas:
Part of the biogas is used for internal technological needs and electricity cogeneration;

Infrastructure Integration

NBP is conveniently located for connection to the national energy network:

Transmission gas pipelines - within 7 km

10 kV power grid - already connected to the existing production facilities

This simplifies integration, accelerates commissioning, and enables the sale of surplus electricity to the market.

The use of existing lagoons for organic waste storage also significantly reduces the investment burden on the project.

SWOP Model. Circular Cooperation

This solution reduces operating costs, ensures mutually beneficial cooperation with agricultural producers, and creates a closed-loop production cycle.

NBP - the next step toward energy transformation
The Novoselivka Biomethane Plant is the second stage in ReAgro’s systematic vision to create a national network of biomethane facilities.

Our Focus:

Our goal is to make renewable energy not an exception, but the new standard for Ukraine’s agricultural sector.
